JOB DETAILS:
Customer Service/Call Center- Part-time
Our client, a diversified financial services company with $436 billion in assets and
150,000 employees is adding CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to its team.
These positions will be starting mid-OCTOBER and located in BLOOMINGTON.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Updating and counseling borrowers on their status of their file, while also providing options and walking them through the process
- Performing a variety of loan servicing tasks within a call center environment
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Providing customer account updates, verifying loan documentation and credit information
- Processing routine to complex transactions on-line
- Resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult problems to specialists
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays 5 pm-10 pm, Saturdays 8 am - 4:30 pm
Qualifications:
- Desire to work part time evenings and Saturdays
- Professional demeanor
- 1-2 years with the most recent employer
- Must provide a minimum of 2 positive work references
- Positive and flexible attitude needed
- Pass Background Screening
